Delivery information

All pieces are carefully handmade to order in our studio in Leeds, England. Current turnaround time is 5-7 days.

Standard UK delivery - £4.75

Orders are dispatched through Royal Mail Tracked, First class or similar service and usually arrives in 2-5 working days.

International delivery

Prices will be calculated at checkout. Customers will be responsible for customs and import tax fees.

Returns

We accept returns on your Knottinger product within 28 days of delivery. However, we DO NOT accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Please note, the returned product should be sent back in the same condition as you received it. All returned products will be thoroughly checked. They should be unused and packed in its original packaging.

​If a product is damaged when it arrives, we advise you to contact us directly. Please send us photos of the damage. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible and a replacement or a refund will be processed.

​We advise you to send the product through a Tracked service. You will be responsible for return postage costs.

​For international orders, you'll be responsible for the costs of the return as well as the additional costs such as VAT and import duties.
