Can the rope necklaces/accessories be washed?
We do not recommend washing your knottinger products as it may affect quality. However, stains can be spot cleaned with a damp gentle cloth but make sure the magnetic claps/plated parts do not get wet.

Can a product be made in a custom colour?
Absolutely! If we can source the required colour, we can make it. Just get in touch with us on 
knottingeruk@gmail.com to discuss your options.
 
What are the available payment methods?
We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

When will I receive my order?
Every product is handcrafted to order so turnaround time is 5-7 working days till dispatch. Your order will be posted out with a tracked/signed for service so it will be with you 1-3 days after dispatch but please take into consideration delays due to current pandemic situation.
 
I have just placed an order but I’ve changed my mind. Can the order be changed?
Of course. Just send us an email on knottingeruk@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will amend the order accordingly.
 
I have placed an order with the wrong delivery address. Can the address be changed?
Yes. Please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order. We advice you to make sure you check your address before payment at checkout.
 
Can a product/order be sent out as a gift with a gift message?
Absolutely! Our products are beautifully packaged as standard. We will add a handwritten gift message as required. Make sure the delivery address is the recipient’s address and leave us a message at checkout with your gift message.
